Jitender Kumar is an experienced professional with a robust background in cloud services and technical leadership. Currently serving as Manager of Platform Services at Cintra since April 2019, Jitender previously held the position of Cloud Software Architect at Aurea Software from May 2018 to March 2019. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Kayako from October 2008 to April 2018 included various roles such as Ops Specialist, Technical Team Lead for Services in Installation and SaaS, ATL for Services in Installation and SaaS, Auditor for Services, and Linux Professional. Jitender began a career in training at Jetking as a Trainer for MCSE and RHCE from July 2007 to February 2008. Educational background includes studies at GCM 11.
