Joseph Tabakin is an accomplished District Manager with extensive experience in overseeing operations and financial performance in retail environments. Currently managing three Salt & Straw ice cream shops since September 2021, Joseph is responsible for all personnel-related decisions, including recruitment and training. Previously, Joseph served as District Manager for ALDI USA from August 2018 to June 2021, where oversight included four grocery stores with annual sales exceeding $50 million. Joseph successfully led a team of over 100 associates and implemented company policies while managing store operations. Additionally, Joseph was a Study Abroad Ambassador at Maryland-in-Barcelona, coordinating promotional events for study abroad programs. Joseph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland, earned from 2014 to 2018.
