D. Brock Denton joined Cintas in 2021 as Senior Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel. Prior to joining Cintas, Brock served as Cintas' outside counsel for many years while a Partner at the law firm of Keating, Muething & Klekamp PLL. Brock leads the Legal, Risk Management, Compliance and ESG Departments. In addition, Brock serves as the corporate secretary to the Board of Directors.
