Donald Ragland is an experienced information technology leader, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at BlackIvy Group and CINQCARE since October 2022. In these roles, Ragland oversees IT operations for various subsidiaries in Sub-Saharan Africa and leads IT infrastructure development for a startup healthcare company. Prior to these positions, Ragland held similar leadership roles at E4H - Environments for Health, LLC, where responsibilities included managing technological projects and fostering continuous improvement, and at WDG Architecture, overseeing enterprise IT operations and a multi-million-dollar budget. Ragland holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University School of Business, a Master in Urban and Regional Planning from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor in Architectural Urban Planning from the University of Maryland.
