Allison Rishwain currently serves as a People Operations Generalist at Cinedigm, a role held since December 2021, after progressing from the position of People Operations Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as People Operations Coordinator at Left Field Labs from March to October 2021 and Human Resources Assistant at AEG Presents from August 2018 to November 2019. Earlier in their career, Allison worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Bed Bath & Beyond and interned in Public Relations and Corporate Communications at Showtime Networks Inc. Academically, Allison Rishwain holds a Master's degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Technology, both from Emerson College.
