Katelin O’Handley, CCP, CHRL, is an experienced Total Rewards Manager at Cineplex since September 2022, with prior roles including Client Partner, Product & Implementation at CompTrak and Senior Compensation Consultant at Canada Life. With a strong background in compensation strategy and program management, Katelin played a key role in launching a new annual bonus program at Canada Life, impacting over 8,000 employees, and advised HR Business Partners on compensation strategies at Loblaw Companies Limited. Additionally, Katelin has held various HR-related positions, including Senior HR Coordinator and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, enhancing expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and change management.
