Jomya Merlin George possesses diverse experience in customer service and technical roles, currently excelling as a Guest Service Representative at Cineplex since June 2022, where exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are utilized. Previously, Jomya served as a Network Automation Engineer at Nokia from January to April 2023, contributing to a 47% improvement in system stability through extensive testing and collaboration within a global team.
