Alison Douglas currently serves as the Director of Entertainment & Experiences at Cineplex since May 2022, focusing on enhancing guest experiences through strategic entertainment programming. Prior to this role, Alison held the position of Senior International Manager at Sky Zone from August 2019 to July 2022, overseeing 11 international locations and a workforce of 450 employees. Alison also served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at Sky Zone Franchise Group from February 2015 to August 2019, managing the scaling of four Canadian franchise businesses. Earlier in the career, Alison worked at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P. as a District Manager from February 2002 to February 2015, where responsibilities included managing 13 locations and generating $92 million in sales. Alison has a background in effective leadership and operational strategy, supported by education from Sheridan College.
