Noleen George has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Noleen started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Cape Peninsula University of Technology in 1996 and worked there until 2004. Following that, they served as the Media Liaison and Public Relations Officer for the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) from 2005 to 2009. In 2010, they worked as the 2010 SWC Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator at Airports Company South Africa.

Noleen then worked as the Client Services and Content Manager at Grapevine Interactive from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they became a Freelance Writer, operating as a self-employed individual until 2019. During this time, they also took on a role as the Project Manager - English at MarvinGPP from September to December 2017.

Noleen joined Cinemaloop Inc. in March 2017 as the Director of Communications and continues to hold this position. In 2019, they briefly worked as the Marketing & PR Manager at DeeMoney from August 2019 to January 2020. Noleen's work experience demonstrates their expertise in marketing, public relations, client services, content management, and project management.

Noleen George pursued their education at the University of the Western Cape from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General. Later, from 2019 to 2023, they attended the Siam College of Technology, where they earned a Master of Education (MEd) degree with a focus on Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

Additionally, in August 2016, Noleen George obtained a certification in Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) from Duolingo.
