Roxana oversees all aspects of Human Resources for Cineflix Media’s corporate, production, distribution, joint venture, and producer partner entities. Her HR portfolio includes employee relations, recruitment and contracts, employment law, company benefits, as well as policies and procedures. With a focus on fostering a positive work environment and a culture of collaboration, Roxana has been instrumental in building Cineflix’s HR department and works closely with executive management and department heads to support the company’s objectives.

Roxana joined Cineflix in 2008 as Human Resources Coordinator. She became VP of Human Resources in 2016.
