Robert Keens, CPL, serves as a Senior Landman at Cinco Energy Management Group, LLC since January 2017, where responsibilities include developing project scopes, managing workflows, preparing detailed reports, and delivering timely results for clients. Prior to this role, Robert held senior positions at Texas Oil Production, KBL E & P Limited Company, Noram Resources, Inc., and Noble Energy, Inc., focusing on land records, operational strategies, negotiations for oil and gas leases, and facilitating acquisitions and divestitures. Robert earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Texas A&M University between 1996 and 2000.
