Payton Field possesses a strong background in arts administration, with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Butler University. Currently serving as the Donor Relations Manager at Cincinnati Ballet since May 2023, Payton previously contributed as a Development Intern at Indianapolis Art Center and as a Major Gifts Intern at American Ballet Theatre. Prior internship experiences include roles at Indianapolis Ballet, Inc., managing marketing and communications, and DanceWorks Chicago, focusing on social media strategies. Payton began a ballet career as a trainee at Grand Rapids Ballet, participating in classes, rehearsals, and performances from August 2017 to March 2019.
