Jessie Faller has a diverse work experience across various industries. They began their career at Kroger as a Certified Pharmacy Technician from March 2012 to January 2015. Following this, they worked at Dearborn Savings Bank as a Marketing Coordinator from January 2015 to February 2016. During this role, they managed the website and Facebook page and organized events for company growth. Jessie then joined South Dearborn High School as a Junior Varsity Softball Coach from January 2015 to August 2017. In this position, they focused on team development and player assessment. From March 2016 to July 2016, Jessie also worked as a Marketing Assistant at Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Afterward, they became a Marketing Coordinator from August 2016 to January 2018, and later a Marketing Supervisor from February 2018 to May 2018 at the same company. Currently, Jessie holds a position at Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired as the Director of Product Management, starting in January 2020.

From 2013 to 2014, Jessie Faller attended Indiana University East and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication.
