Heba Ishaq has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heba is currently working as a Solutions Architect II at Cinchy since December 2020. Prior to this, they were employed at GroupBy Inc. from July 2018 to November 2020, where they served as a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant and Team Leader. In this role, they played a key role in growing the consulting team and supporting the development and growth of the services team. During their tenure, Heba also obtained certification in SAFe Agile Methodology.

Before joining GroupBy Inc., Heba worked at IBM for several years. At IBM, they held the position of Senior Technical Engineer and Team Leader from January 2015 to July 2018. Earlier in their career, Heba also worked as a Web Application Developer at IBM in 2012, where they developed and maintained internal and public client websites. Heba also worked at iAccess, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Test Analyst in 2011, where they were responsible for testing various applications and providing application support and maintenance. Additionally, Heba worked at York University as a Product Owner from May 2008 to August 2011, where they collaborated with students and staff with disabilities to translate their requirements into development features.
