C. Michael (Mike) Carroll is an experienced professional in the fields of GIS management, information management, and youth development through scouting. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at CIMSEC: Center for International Maritime Security since July 2015, Mike also manages multiuse trail development services while working with non-profit GIS Consulting Services and serves as Maintenance Manager at Bigfoot Wilderness Camp, both roles highlighting expertise in mapping and facility management. With a long tenure at the West Central Florida Council, BSA, as a Unit Commissioner, Mike is dedicated to promoting high-quality programs for youth. Additional notable roles include President of HI Consulting, Inc., where strategic knowledge management solutions were provided, and various IT and operational positions within USSOCOM and L-3 STRATIS, emphasizing capabilities in information management and operational support. Mike's academic background includes a BS/MS in Speech Communication/English from Southern Illinois University and certifications from FEMA in Incident Command System.
