Nishi Kashyap serves as the Human Resources Manager for Regional Offices at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) since February 2013, specializing in HR development and administration in India. Key responsibilities include acting as an HR business partner to the Country Representative, managing local recruitment and training processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and local legislation. Nishi has previously held roles at Mancer Consulting Services as a Senior Consultant in IT recruitment, at Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010 as Assistant Project Officer focusing on various HR functions, and at A2Z Placements as an HR Executive handling end-to-end recruitments. Nishi holds an MBA in Human Resources from All India Management Association, a BSc in Mathematical Science from the University of Delhi, and a certification in SAP - HCM from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing.
