Jessica Boeckel is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of Property Management at Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation since September 2020, Jessica previously held the same title at Sinatra & Company Real Estate from November 2017 to September 2020. Jessica's career also includes roles at Empire State Realty Trust and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where responsibilities encompassed property management and tenant services. Beginning the career at Cousins Properties Incorporated, Jessica developed a comprehensive skill set that includes managing LEED-EB certification projects, tenant relations, and operational oversight. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Buffalo State University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts & Social Sciences from Cayuga Community College.
