Appointed Company Secretary in August 2022. Kate was formerly the Assistant Company Secretary of CIMIC and Company Secretariat Advisor at CPB Contractors.
Kate has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University and holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
She is a Fellow of the GIA and has more than 10 years experience in corporate governance.
Kate is also the company secretary of a number of subsidiaries across CIMIC Group.
