Colleen Ong has extensive experience in consumer insights and customer experience management, currently serving as the Head of Measurement & Insights at CIMB since December 2016, focusing on implementing a CX measurement ecosystem. Prior to this role, Colleen held various positions at Nielsen Malaysia, including Associate Director and Senior Manager for the Consumer Insight Financial Services team, where leadership in analytics-driven solutions was a key responsibility. Colleen's earlier career includes significant roles at Taylor Nelson Sofres and The Nielsen Company across Malaysia and Vietnam, emphasizing quantitative research within FMCG and retail sectors. Colleen holds a degree in Analytical Economics from Multimedia University and has a strong foundation in research techniques and data analysis.
