Vulindlela Ndlovu has had significant work experience in various sectors. Vulindlela first worked at KPMG as a Partner for eight years from 1994 to 2001. After that, they joined Banc ABC as the Country Managing Director from 2002 to 2004. Vulindlela then became a Partner at Lufuno Capital Partners for almost a decade, from 2005 to 2013. Lastly, they joined cimas medical aid society in 2013 as part of the Finance team.

Vulindlela Ndlovu is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe, although the start and end years of this qualification are not specified.
