Xiaohua Guo, P.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Director at CIMA+ since May 2024. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Morrison Hershfield, where responsibilities encompassed MTO Design Builds, such as the Diverging Diamond Interchange and Ferry Docks.
