Victor Bourassa is an experienced structural engineer currently working at CIMA+ since April 2018, holding the position of Ingénieur en structure and Candidat à la Profession d'Ingénieur (CPI) - Structure. Victor served as President of the Chapitre étudiant de la société canadienne de génie civil (SCGC) from September 2016 to May 2019, where responsibilities included organizing civil engineering conferences and activities for students at Université Laval. Prior experience includes leading the Laval University Steel Bridge team as Team Captain, managing the construction of a steel bridge for interuniversity competitions, and serving as Project Management Intern at Beauce Atlas inc., working on major infrastructure projects such as the rehabilitation of the West Block in Ottawa and expansions at John F. Kennedy International Airport. Victor holds a Master of Engineering in Integrated Wood Design from the University of Northern British Columbia and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Université Laval.
