Martin Ouellet has over two decades of experience in civil engineering, particularly in road engineering. Since 2000, Martin Ouellet has held the position of Associate and Senior Director at CIMA+. Prior to this role, Martin Ouellet worked as a Project Manager at the Ministère des Transports du Québec from 1997 to 2000 and as a Project Engineer at Claude Arsenault inc. from 1996 to 1997. Martin Ouellet's career began with an internship at MTQ in 1991. Martin Ouellet earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering and Management from École de technologie supérieure, completing the program in 1996.
