Luc Jolicoeur is a seasoned professional in the fields of sustainability and engineering, currently serving as Partner and Senior Vice-President of Sustainability at CIMA+ since May 2008, following a successful tenure as Partner and Executive Vice President in Buildings Engineering. Prior to CIMA+, Luc held the position of Director of the Construction and Project Management Division at Ville de Quebec from February 1990 to April 2008. Luc began their career as a Partner and Project Manager in Structures at Bureau génie-conseil from September 1983 to January 1990. Luc's educational background includes a Diplôme de 2e cycle in Public Administration from École nationale d'administration publique, a Master of Science in Structures from Université Laval, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, also from Université Laval.
