Jean-Maxime Gauthier is an experienced professional in building mechanical engineering with a career spanning from 2005 to the present. Currently serving as Chargé de projet at CIMA+ since September 2018, Gauthier specializes in energy audits, mechanical system design for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, as well as project management and construction oversight. Previous roles include Engineer at Martin Roy et associés and ROCHE ltée, where Gauthier focused on similar mechanical building projects. Early career experience includes contributions to continuous improvement initiatives at Heroux Devtek and project impact studies with Engineers Without Borders Canada.
