Fanny Darbouze MSc. CRHA is an experienced Senior Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Advisor at CIMA+ with a progressive career spanning various roles, including Talent and Diversity Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Business Partner, since April 2018. Prior to CIMA+, Fanny contributed as an HR & Project Assistant focusing on Diversity and Inclusion at Diversité Artistique Montréal from January 2017 to April 2018. Previous experience includes roles at Gexel Telecommunications as a Recruitment Advisor and Recruiter, at Revenu Québec as a Job Description Writer, and as a Human Resources Intern at Ville de Laval. Fanny holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.
