Dominique Lachance is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network design and implementation. Currently serving as a principal specialist technician at CIMA+ since June 2016, Dominique focuses on outdoor copper and fiber optic network design, particularly for FTTH projects in various municipalities. Prior experience at WSP Canada involved telecommunications network design, structured cabling, and the drafting of the Quebec Government's cabling standard. Previous roles include customer service training and support at Videotron and sales management at Intertan/RadioShack. Education includes a RCDD certification from Bicsi, a CCNA designation from Cisco Network Academy, and a DEC in Science de la nature from CEGEP François-Xavier Garneau.
