Derek Fraychineaud is a seasoned professional in the field of development and construction, currently serving as the 1st Vice President of Development at CIM Group since July 2016, focusing on urban investments. Derek also has a substantial background as the President and Owner of Upright Construction from April 1983 to January 1999, specializing in custom home, multi-family, and commercial construction.
