Bethany Chang is a Principal at The CIM Group, where Bethany leads a team of asset management professionals overseeing 21 office, flex, and retail assets. Prior to that, Bethany held positions as Vice President at Dividend Capital, Senior Associate at Madison Capital Management, and Senior Associate at Cherokee Investment Partners. Bethany also worked as an Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle and Morgan Stanley. Bethany holds an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University and a BA in History from Dartmouth College.
