Mathias Lassailly has extensive work experience in the legal field. Mathias started their career at Baker & McKenzie, where they served as a Legal Advisor. After that, they worked at Barsi Doumith Pavie Law Office as an Attorney-at-Law. Mathias then joined Louis Vuitton as a Lawyer. Later, they worked at AB SAT as a Product Manager. Since 2003, they have been associated with CILAS, where they held various roles including Manager of the Legal Department, Chief Legal Officer & Sales Administration Manager, and currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer, International Compliance Officer, and Secretary General.

Mathias Lassailly obtained their DESS degree in Business & Taxation Law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) in 1988. Mathias then pursued a Magistère degree in Business & Taxation Law from Magistère Juriste d'Affaires - DJCE during the years 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1989, they attended Institut national des langues et civilisations orientales (Inalco) and obtained a DULCO degree in Japanese Language. Lastly, from 1988 to 1990, Mathias Lassailly attended Sciences Po and earned a degree in Ecofi finance-fiscalité, specializing in Economics & Finance.
