Fabiane Derderian has been working in the finance industry since 1995. Fabiane began their career as an Estagiária/Analista at Banco Francês e Brasileiro. Fabiane then moved to Itaú as an Analista Financeiro, followed by Banco Sudameris as a Gerente de Relacionamento Trainee/Gerente de Produtos Jr. In 2000, they joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V. where they held various roles including Consultora de Sustentabilidade no Mercado Financeiro, Gerente de Produtos - Tarifas Bancárias, Gerente de Produtos - Serviços e Conta Corrente, Analista Financeiro Sênior and Analista Financeiro Pleno/Sênior. In 2008, they joined Banco Santander as Consultora de Sustentabilidade no Mercado Financeiro/ESG. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Financial Manager at Cignifi Inc.

Fabiane Derderian has a diverse education history. Fabiane began their studies in 1999 at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they earned a CEATH in Administration and Business. In 2004, they completed a post-graduation in Communication with the Market at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Fabiane then completed a specialization in Service Marketing at the same school in 2005. In 2007, they completed a formation of Facilitators at Adigo in Sustainability. In 2011, they completed a Project Entrepreneur Formation in Collection Planning and Fashion Consulting at Escola São Paulo. Finally, in 2013 they completed a Project Entrepreneur Formation in Fashion Design at Escola Panamericana de Artes. Fabiane Derderian also holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
