Manal Mohammed has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Cigna since January 2021. Previously, Manal held the role of Executive in Product Management at Aster Online from October 2019 and was a Medical Assistant at Aster Pharmacy from May 2015 to September 2020. Manal’s background includes a role as a trainee at Rand Pharmacy within Al Zahra Hospital from March 2012 to April 2013. Educationally, Manal holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science from Egypt (2007-2011) and has completed a Drug Regulatory Affairs Course in Drug Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance. Additionally, Manal is an alumnus of Al Ettihad Secondary School in Dubai, UAE.
