Susan Blubaugh possesses extensive experience in operations management, safety compliance, and community service. Currently serving as Leave Manager at Cigna since September 2017, Susan's career includes roles such as Operations Supervisor at Republic Services and Route Manager at Waste Management, where significant safety improvements were achieved. As a Terminal Operations Manager with Kenan Advantage Group, Susan managed high-value logistics for Merchant Gases and Liquid Natural Gas. Volunteer contributions include various roles at GFWC Paradise Valley Junior Woman's Club, recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2010, and involvement with several community service projects.
