Rachana Kundapura MBA (Fin), CAMS, currently serves as a Compliance Analyst at Cigna since November 2017, where responsibilities include planning compliance operations, supporting regional sales teams, monitoring adherence to regulatory changes, and managing compliance reporting for corporate clients. Prior to this role, Rachana worked as a Compliance Administrator at Symantec from February 2015 to May 2017, achieving 100% claim settlement while ensuring compliance and implementing strategic initiatives across regions. Rachana also has experience as a Credit Officer at ANZ from May 2011 to May 2014, managing customer product maintenance and loan processing, and as a Process Associate at Crossdomain from April 2010 to April 2011, focusing on insurance proposals and staff training. Rachana holds an MBA in Finance from Srinivas Institute of Management Studies, obtained in 2009.
