Penina Nzeka currently serves as a General Clerk Associate at Cigna Healthcare since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Billing Clerk and Admin Assistant at Checkups Medical from August 2021 to February 2023, and as a Customer Care Representative at M-KOPA from April 2021 to July 2021, where Penina focused on customer inquiries and support. Additional experience encompasses a position as a Customer Service Executive at Marumi Enterprises Ltd, which involved handling customer queries and invoicing, and teaching Kiswahili and Christian Religious Education at Mutonguni Boys for a brief period in early 2020. Penina holds a Bachelor of Education in Kiswahili and CRE from Mount Kenya University and is pursuing a Certified Human Resource Professional degree at the East Africa Institute of Certified Studies.
