Erik Vining is an experienced sales operations leader with a strong background in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations for Medicare at Cigna Healthcare since July 2018, Erik oversees broker services and contracting for Medicare and Cigna Supplemental Benefits. Prior to this role, Erik spent over 16 years at Bankers Life, where responsibilities included directing sales operations across a 14-state territory, managing a significant budget, and leading a large team. Erik's earlier positions included sales management and roles focused on process improvement and distribution operations. Erik holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Management and Finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
