Maral Niazi is currently a DPH Research Fellow at Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI). Previously, Maral held positions as a Research Assistant at Carleton University and The High Commission of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Maral holds a PhD from Balsillie School of International Affairs, a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from American University, and Bachelor's degrees in Law and Political Science & Human Rights.
