Julien Pauly has served as the Directeur du Pôle Culture at Ville de Maurepas since June 2019, overseeing the management of a team of 45 agents, as well as the administrative and financial operations of cultural services. Pauly is actively involved in strategic planning for cultural policies and acts as the director of the Conservatoire de musique et d'art dramatique, focusing on artistic evaluation and educational programs. Additionally, Julien Pauly is a trainer for the CNFPT and serves on juries for various public service examinations, while maintaining a longstanding career as a clarinetist in several artistic ensembles and institutions. With a solid educational background in cultural management and the arts, Julien Pauly has also contributed to various educational and artistic initiatives across multiple organizations.
