Anthony is a scientific advisor of Cienaga Systems in the fields of machine learning, co-evolution, data science and complex systems.
Anthony is an experienced consultant specializing in complex systems, data science and machine learning. Previously, he was the Director of Science at Icosystem Corporation, which specializes in applying complexity science techniques to business challenges. At Icosystem, Anthony collaborated with scientific staff to maintain Icosystem's cutting edge capabilities in machine learning, data science, evolutionary computation, agent-based simulation, and network analysis.
Anthony holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Brandeis University, where he focused on coevolutionary algorithms and artificial intelligence; and a B.S. in mathematics from Case Western Reserve University. He is an internationally-recognized expert in the field of coevolutionary algorithms and coauthor of the "Coevolutionary Principles" chapter in the Handbook of Natural Computing.
