Yoginder Pal is a Lead Engineer at Ciena since March 2019, bringing extensive experience in engineering and technical leadership from previous roles at Aricent and Cisco. At Aricent, Yoginder held various positions including Technical Lead, Senior Engineer, and Software Engineer, contributing to significant projects such as the ASR9K platform and the Scapa project. Responsibilities included testing, manual and automated feature development, and automation of the Cli-SNMP suite for the MXE-5600 project. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a Lecturer at Himachal Pradesh University, teaching Java Programming and Software Analysis and Design. Yoginder holds a Master of Technology in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Himachal Pradesh University, and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College, Sundernagar.
