Troy Giorgio has extensive experience in various technical and consulting roles, with a focus on delivery architecture and business analysis. Currently serving as Director of Delivery Architecture at Ciena since October 2018, Troy has previously held significant positions such as Principal Solutions Architect and Principal Business Analyst. Prior experience includes leading a large inventory consolidation program at DonRiver, where over 1700 system requirements were managed, and working as a Consulting Business Analyst at National Australia Bank on core banking migrations. Additionally, Troy held roles at Telstra as an OSS CRAMER Consultant and Network Designer, contributing to major projects and implementations. Troy began a career as a Cadet Engineer at Siemens VDO, developing an In Car Data Recorder, and holds a degree in Engineering, Electronics, and Internet Telecommunications from La Trobe University.
