Natalie Sterkis has over a decade of experience in accounting, currently serving as Senior Manager of Accounting at Ciena, a position held since July 2013, following roles as Manager, Lead Accountant, and Senior Accountant. Prior to Ciena, Natalie worked at Connections Academy as Sr. Accountant overseeing Revenue & Operations from December 2011 to July 2013 and gained auditing experience at Grant Thornton LLP from October 2009 to December 2011 as a Senior Audit Associate and briefly as an Audit Intern. Early career experience also includes an Audit Intern position at Aronson & Company in early 2008. Natalie obtained a BS in Accounting and a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland, graduating in 2009.
