Edward Boyd is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and networking industries. Currently serving as Vice President of PON R&D at Ciena since January 2023, Edward previously held the position of CTO and member of the Board of Directors at Tibit Communications, Inc. from April 2014 to December 2022. Edward's career includes significant roles such as Senior Technical Director at Broadcom, CTO and VP of Engineering/Co-Founder at Teknovus, and VP of Advanced Technology at Terawave Communications.
