Daisy Gao is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in leadership and program management across various organizations. At Ciena, Daisy serves as the Global Lead of the Asian Employee Resource Group and holds the position of Social Impact Program Manager. Daisy has been involved in Lean In Canada as a Board Director of Engagement and Treasurer for the Board of Directors. In a role at Scouts Canada, Daisy functions as the Scouting Relationship Manager, while contributing to Young Women in Business Toronto as Programs Manager. Prior experience includes a contract position as Business Development Coordinator for Partnerships at the Canadian Men's Health Foundation. Daisy is currently pursuing a Master's in Entrepreneur Skillset at Western University, having previously completed a Master’s Degree in Education at the same institution.
