Pandiarajan K currently serves as the Executive Chairman of CIEL HR since May 2021 and is the Founder of Ma Foi Strategic Consultants Pvt Ltd, where efforts focus on establishing a leading Management Consulting firm in India. Previous roles include serving as the Minister of Education, Culture, and Youth & Sports for the Government of Tamil Nadu from August 2016 to May 2021, contributing to significant initiatives such as the founding of the GST Council. Additionally, Pandiarajan K was the Non-executive Chairman of Randstad India Limited and the Founder CEO of Ma Foi Management Consultants Limited. An early career included managerial roles in HR and management services at IDEA (P) Ltd and BOC India. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
