Darlene Crasto is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client relations and strategic account management. Currently serving as Head Partner Acquisition and Head of Strategic Accounts at CIEL HR, Darlene has previously held significant roles such as Associate Director – Client Relations at NLB Services and Senior Lead Consultant at Maple Consulting & Services. Darlene began the career as a Consultant at PSS - Ray & Berndtson and as a Project Leader Recruitments at Korn/Ferry Futurestep. Educational qualifications include a BA in Lith from Mumbai University and a degree in Hotel Management from the Hotel Management Institute of Delhi.
