Brigadier General Francis “Frank” X. Taylor is president and CEO of FXTaylor Associates, a company that specializes in global security, crisis management, and risk management consulting.
Frank was the undersecretary for Intelligence and Analysis, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from 2014 until his retirement from DHS in 2017. As the DHS counterterrorism coordinator, he worked to integrate counterterrorism operations and initiatives within DHS and with the U.S. National Security apparatus.
As vice president and chief security officer for the General Electric Company from 2005 to 2013, Frank developed policies and processes that ensured effective security for GE operations, facilities, and employees globally.
Frank holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in government and international studies from the University of Notre Dame. He is a distinguished graduate of the Notre Dame Air Force ROTC program.
