Maciej Mazurek possesses extensive experience in the chemical industry, having worked at CIECH since June 1991 in various managerial roles, culminating in the position of Team Manager. Responsibilities have included overseeing import contracts, managing departments focused on foreign joint ventures, market research, operational marketing, and strategy development. Maciej has been instrumental in implementing the Knowledge Base of CIECH Group and leading efforts for the restructuring of the organization. Prior to CIECH, Maciej worked as a designer at Chemadex, specializing in biotechnology plants. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, earned between 1982 and 1989.
