Ivan Navajas Urrestarazu has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the Metal Division of CIE Automotive since May 2004. In this role, Ivan oversees HR operations across the division. Previously, Ivan held positions such as Head of HR Management and Development, focusing on corporate selection, training, and development at CIE Automotive. Earlier career roles include Director of HR at FYTASA and Company Lawyer at GRUAS USABIAGA, S.A. Ivan holds a degree in Law from the Universidad del País Vasco and completed a Labor Advisory Program at IE Business School in 2012.
