Daniel Atkinson is an experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as Head of Scale Up at CIDETEC since November 2022, where responsibilities include leading a team to transition materials from lab to pilot scale. Prior to this role, Daniel held positions as a Researcher at WMG, University of Warwick from January 2020 to November 2022, and as a Project Engineer at the University of Sheffield Innovation from September 2016 to January 2020. Early experience includes a Lab Assistant role at International Flavors & Fragrances in July 2012. Daniel earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from The University of Sheffield and a Master's degree in Chemistry from Cardiff University.
